Privacy Policy

Lucky Detroit Coffee & Espresso is a small Michigan company. We collect only what we need to make your coffee, get your order to you, and answer you when you reach out. This policy explains what that looks like in plain language.
What We Collect
- Your name, phone number, email address and order details when you place an online order or a catering order with us.
- Anonymous website analytics — pages visited, general location, device type — used to understand how the site is used. This is not tied to your name.
- Messages you send us by email, text or through a form on this site.
How We Use It
We use your information to prepare and deliver your orders, tell you when an order is ready, confirm catering details and delivery windows, answer your questions, and — if you have asked for it — send you occasional news about new roasts, seasonal drinks and events. We also use aggregated analytics to improve the website.
Third Parties
We work with a small number of service providers who help us operate — our online ordering platform, our payment processor, our website analytics provider and our messaging provider. They may only handle your information to perform those services for us. We do not sell your information, and we do not hand it over to anyone for their own marketing.
Advertising Measurement
We use Google Ads to measure advertising and, once conversion labels are configured, clicks on ordering and directions links for ad optimization. Google may receive page URLs, advertising cookies and click identifiers, IP address and device information. These clicks do not establish that an order or visit was completed. We do not send names, emails or phone numbers to Google for customer matching. Google tracking is blocked in the EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland and when your region cannot be determined; no consent banner is shown. Elsewhere, you can opt out using Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track in your browser; we honor these signals. You can also manage your advertising preferences in Google's My Ad Center.
Text Messaging and Mobile Information
We collect your mobile phone number only when you provide it to us and give consent to receive text messages.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own promotional or marketing purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. Mobile information may be shared only with subcontractors in support services, such as our messaging provider, strictly to deliver the messages you asked for.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@luckydetroit.com.
