    About this cafe

Lucky Detroit Corktown is where Lucky started: our original cafe, founded in Corktown in 2018. It's upstairs on the 2nd floor of the Detroit Barber Co building at 2000 Michigan Ave, so look for the barber shop and head up one floor. Because the cafe is on the second floor, the Detroit Barber Co sign on Michigan Ave is the landmark to watch for from the sidewalk.

The cafe serves the full espresso menu and pastries. There's no kitchen here, so plan on a croissant or scone with your drink; breakfast sandwiches and the Eggwich menu are only at our Royal Oak cafe. Corktown keeps its own schedule and is closed on Mondays, so check the day before you go. Hours are Tue–Fri 7:30am–3pm, Sat–Sun 9am–4pm, closed Mon.

Like every Lucky cafe, Corktown pours coffee made from beans Lucky roasts in-house, with syrups made from scratch. The signature drink is the Vanilla Bourbon Latte. To skip the wait, order ahead for pickup or delivery from the Corktown cafe on DoorDash.
