Coffee Shop in Grosse Pointe Village — Lucky Detroit

About this cafe

Lucky Detroit Grosse Pointe is at 17001 Kercheval Ave in The Village on Kercheval. The cafe took over the former Starbucks space in the Village, as FOX 2 Detroit and the Grosse Pointe Times reported when the move was announced.

It's a coffee-and-pastry stop: the full espresso menu, matcha drinks and a pastry case. There's no kitchen at this location, so a morning here means a croissant, scone or muffin with your latte rather than a cooked breakfast; the Eggwich menu is only at our Royal Oak cafe. You can drink in on the outdoor patio. Hours are Mon–Fri 7:30am–5pm, Sat–Sun 8am–4pm. Park in the Village municipal lots or on Kercheval and walk over, then order at the counter to stay or take your drink with you around The Village.

Like every Lucky cafe, Grosse Pointe pours coffee made from beans Lucky roasts in-house, with syrups made from scratch. The signature drink is the Vanilla Bourbon Latte. To skip the wait, order ahead for pickup or delivery from the Grosse Pointe cafe on DoorDash.
